All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Free US Standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $60 or more, before promo discounts, tax and shipping. Below $60, shipping is calculated from the items and quantities in your cart with no added shipping markup. Hats ship separately from apparel, at no extra charge on qualifying orders. The shipping charge is shown before payment.
Our current apparel and accessories are made to order for Local Jagoff. We review and release normal paid orders to production within 2 business days. After release, production is currently estimated at 2-5 business days, plus 3-4 business days for domestic US Standard carrier delivery. Combined handling before shipment is estimated at 2-7 business days, followed by carrier transit.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. The production estimate starts on the next business day after release and already includes time in the production queue. Google delivery estimates use a 2 PM Eastern cutoff and may add a business day for later orders. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; stock, fulfillment location and carrier delays can affect delivery. Items routed from another country can take longer. Tracking is sent when your order ships.

Returns and Refunds
Because our items are made to order, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted items.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved returns are accepted by mail only. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted.
We do not charge a restocking fee.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Local Jagoff reserves the right to deny return or refund requests that do not meet this policy.
Personalized Wanted products
We save your payment method securely with Stripe when you submit your custom request. We do not charge you then, and we do not place a long authorization hold. The shipping-inclusive total shown and accepted with your request is the amount authorized for this order.
Review every photo, name, spelling, joke, layout, and product mockup carefully. You may request unlimited revisions before approval, including text changes and a replacement authorized adult photo. Each proof or revision cycle may take 24-48 hours.
After 48 hours without a response to a sent proof, we send a reminder. Only a successfully sent reminder starts the final 24-hour window. If you still do not respond, the current proof is considered approved and we charge your saved payment method. A revision request stops that version's timer; a new shared proof starts the entire review cycle again. An unconfirmed or failed reminder cannot authorize an automatic charge.
You can also approve the current proof manually and pay immediately. Production requires approval and successful payment. If your card declines or requires authentication, production stays on hold until payment succeeds. We do not automatically cancel requests for inactivity.
Use your private review page to approve or request changes. If you reply by email or phone, our team must record your response to stop the timer; contact hello@localjagoff.com promptly if you need help accessing the page.
Local Jagoff may adjust wording and layout for print fit and quality. You must have the right to use the uploaded image. For anyone pictured under 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian or have permission from their parent or legal guardian.

No charge is made when I submit my custom order. Stripe securely retains the card I provide for this order. I authorize Local Jagoff to initiate one charge of the total shown and accepted for this order, including US shipping, when I approve the current proof, or automatically if I do not respond within 24 hours after a reminder is successfully sent. The reminder is sent after 48 hours without a response to a shared proof. I can request changes before approval; each proof or revision may take 24-48 hours. A revision request cancels that proof's deadline, and a newly shared proof starts a new review cycle. Local Jagoff may adjust wording and layout for print quality. I am responsible for reviewing the photo, wording, spelling, layout, and product mockups. I confirm I have the right to use the uploaded image. If anyone shown is under 18, I am their parent/legal guardian or have permission from their parent/legal guardian to use their image. Production begins only after approval and successful payment.
